If you are experiencing issues with Timepage’s widgets, there are some general troubleshooting things you can try. If these steps don’t resolve your widget issues, please contact us here at timepage@moleskinestudio.com.

Widgets are blank, or not displaying correctly

There are a variety of reasons why widgets may not be displaying correctly. Here are some general things you can try:

  1. First, try to remove and re-add the widget and see if it’ll fix the issue.
  2. Next, try to force quit the app.
  3. Then, try to uninstall and reinstall the app and add the widgets.
  4. Finally, try to reboot the device.
