Setting up Syncing

In our digital world, we’ve grown accustomed to working on different devices. Some work is best done on a desktop with your phone nearby – other tasks are better served for a tablet and the couch. Whatever situation you’re in, it’s important to know what you need to get done, which is why we’ve developed Timepage and Actions for both iPhone and iPad.

With cross-device syncing, everything from Actions and Timepage carry over from device to device. This ensures that you’re always up to date and have the current version of your work in both apps. To do this, all you’ll need is to sign in with the same account on both devices – then, you’ll be on your way to multi-device productivity.

How to Sign In with an Account

When you download Actions or Timepage, you’ll be prompted to sign in with Google, Facebook, or your email. The prompt will also allow you to skip the process; however, without setting up the sync, tasks won’t transfer between devices.

If you chose not to initially sync or would like to sign in with a new account, you can also access the sign in menu by opening the Menu and tapping “Account.” Then, tap “Sign In” and choose your preferred sign in method.

Updating Account Details

You can update your email address, name, and password by going to the menu > Account > Update email and password. If you don’t see this option in the menu, you are signed in with Facebook or Google instead.

If you don’t receive the emails to help change your password, please check your spam folder.
