Actions, Timepage and Flow each require a subscription. The subscriptions come with a free trial, so you can try them out before paying anything.
Subscriptions include access on all of your devices, secure cloud storage and real-time syncing between all supported platforms.
We believe that customer feedback and continuous improvement is how great products are made, and our customers enable us to do this.
We use your ideas, suggestions and feedback in order to prioritise what to work on next - so the apps keep on getting better.
Instead of a large up-front cost, a subscription is more accessible to everyone. Actions, Timepage and Flow combined costs about the same as one coffee per month.
Our iOS app subscriptions are handled directly by Apple, meaning your Apple ID will be charged monthly or yearly for your membership. Similarly, our Google Play Store app subscriptions are handled directly via Google. Thankfully, this ensures that whether you delete the apps, move to a newer or device, or utilize cross-device syncing, you’ll always have your membership.
Our apps offer a seven day (Actions and Timepage) or two week (Flow) free trial from initial download. During this time, you can use all features without restriction.
Forgot about your trial, and like to give it another shot? We’re happy to give you a trial extension - just send us an email and include your account email address.
All three apps have the same pricing structure for a membership.

Currently, Actions, Timepage and Flow require separate memberships. Prices above are shown in USD for the US App Store. You will be billed in your local currency - please check the app store or the membership page in the app for the exact amount.
Within the app:
- Open the Menu
- Tap “Account”
- Select “Membership Options”
- Read the provided text and select a subscription for either one month or 12 months
- Tap “Continue”
No. Your membership covers every platform our apps are on.
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Either scroll or search to find the app you accidentally purchased a membership for
- Click “Report a Problem” and select “Didn’t mean to purchase this item”
We also offer free memberships to Google and Apple employees - please create an account (if you don’t already have one) then email us with your @apple.com or @google.com address and let us know the email address of your account (it doesn’t have to be your Apple/Google one).
