Purchasing the Apps

Actions, Timepage and Flow are available as individual subscriptions however it’s far better value to get them as a bundle and even better value if you get the bundle on our Family Plan.

Subscriptions come with a free trial, so you can try them out before you commit.

Why subscription?

We want to make our apps accessible to everyone so instead of a large up front cost, we offer a lower cost subscription model. The Actions, Timepage and Flow bundle costs about the same as one coffee per month and allows us to keep the apps running smoothly for our users.

iOS app subscriptions are handled directly by Apple, meaning your Apple ID will be charged monthly or yearly for your membership. Google Play Store (Actions only) app subscriptions are handled directly by Google. Whether you delete the apps, move to a newer device, or use app syncing, you’ll always have your membership.

Free trial

Our apps offer a seven day free trial. During this time, you can use all features without restriction.

You will need to sign up for a free membership to enable the trial, which can be done from any of our apps after initial download. You will not be charged until the end of the trial period, and you can cancel at any time.

Trial extension

If you accidentally forgot about your free trial and didn’t use the app, we’re happy to give you a trial extension - just send us an email and include your account email address.

How much do the apps cost?

All three apps have the same pricing structure for a membership.

  • $2.49 USD monthly
  • Save 50% with $14.99 USD yearly
  • Save a further 40% and get all three app memberships with a single $24.99 USD yearly subscription

Prices above are shown in USD for the US App Store. You will be billed in your local currency - please check the app store or the membership page in the app for the exact amount.

What’s the bundle?

The bundle gets you unlimited access to Flow, Timepage and Actions for a single yearly subscription. Our bundle and family bundle are the best value packages for purchasing our apps.

How do I purchase a subscription? I’m new.

Within the app:

  1. Open the Menu
  2. Tap “My Account”
  3. Select “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Read the provided text and select the subscription
  5. Tap “Continue”

How do I purchase a Bundle subscription? I’m already a member of Flow/Timepage/Actions.

Great, you’re half way there. You now just need to follow these 3 easy steps to upgrade to a Moleskine Studio membership:

  1. Tap here on your device and select either your Flow, Timepage or Actions subscription.
  2. Under Options, select “Moleskine Studio” and follow the prompts.
  3. If you have other subscriptions for any of our other apps you can now cancel them by following the instructions here.

_Note you may be eligible for a refund on the unused portion of your existing subscriptions. Follow Apple’s refund process here to apply.

How do I purchase a single app subscription?

Within the app:

  1. Open the Menu
  2. Tap “My Account”
  3. Select “Manage Subscriptions”
  4. Read the provided text and select a subscription for either one month or 12 months
  5. Tap “Continue”

Do I need a separate membership for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and macOS?

No. Paid subscriptions cover every platform our apps are on.

The legacy “Complimentary Timepage” membership that we gave to users who purchased Timepage iOS before we moved to subscription in December 2017 only includes Timepage for iOS.

I accidentally bought a membership. How do I request a refund?

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Either scroll or search to find the app you accidentally purchased a membership for
  4. Click “Report a Problem” and select “Didn’t mean to purchase this item”

How do I cancel my subscription?

Free membership for Apple or Google employees

We also offer free memberships to Google and Apple employees - please create an account (if you don’t already have one) then email us with your @apple.com or @google.com address and let us know the email address of your account (it doesn’t have to be your Apple/Google one).

Do the apps support Family sharing?

Yes! The Family Bundle includes support for Family Sharing.
