Temporary Technical Issue with Sign in With Apple (January 2025)

There is currently a temporary technical issue with Sign In with Apple in Timepage.

Be assured your regular account and data is safe and you will be able to resume using it shortly.

Whilst we work on resolving the issue, the easiest way to sign back into Timepage is to sign in via our Actions app:

  • Download Actions (you are not required to purchase anything). If you already have Actions, open it and sign out
  • In Actions, Sign in with Apple
  • Return to Timepage and it will recognise your account (this happens in the background, you should not have to sign in here too)

If this does not work for you, you can do the following instead:

  1. In your browser, go to https://accounts.moleskinestudio.com/ and Sign in with Apple as usual
  2. Click “Set Password” to set a password for your account
  3. Click “Change” to change your account email address to something you can remember
  4. Sign in with email and password in Timepage using these details (not Sign in with Apple).

If you have trouble with both of these methods, let us know and we will manually reconfigure your account. Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to resume using Sign in with Apple as normal.

What does this issue impact?

  • You may have been automatically signed out, and when you sign back in, Timepage may create a new account instead of using your regular one. If this happens it may say Timepage has a Temporary Membership. Your regular subscription is still active and will return to normal.
  • You may not see your Actions or Flow data in Timepage temporarily until this issue is resolved.
  • You may see an email address that looks like “privaterelay.appleid.com”. This is normal - it is the anonymous address that Apple generates for you when you use the “Hide my email” option with Sign in with Apple. If you use that option with another app or service, you’ll see a completely different “private relay” address.
